- Web hosting services via Netlify
- Website maintenance and support

3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Service Terms
4.1 Web Development
- Project timelines and deliverables will be specified in individual agreements
- Changes to project scope may affect timeline and pricing
- Final deliverables are subject to client approval
- Intellectual property rights transfer upon full payment
4.2 Domain Registration
- Domain registrations are subject to availability
- Registration fees are non-refundable
- Domains are registered through Namecheap's services
- Renewal responsibilities rest with the client
4.3 Hosting Services
- Hosting is provided through Netlify's infrastructure
- Service availability is subject to Netlify's uptime guarantees
- Resource usage must comply with fair use policies
- Backup responsibilities are shared between FocusHost and the client
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as follows:
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
- Payment schedules will be outlined in service agreements
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- Recurring services are billed automatically
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purposes, including but not limited to:
- Distribution of malware or harmful code
- Hosting illegal content
- Unauthorized access attempts
- Excessive resource usage that impacts other users
- Spam or unsolicited commercial content
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
FocusHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
